Privacy Policy

The only personal information we ask for is your email address, if you choose to sign up for our monthly email. If you email us, we use your email only to reply.

Our monthly email

If you sign up, we send you one email a month about English vineyards: what is on, new tours and our seasonal picks. It sometimes includes offers from the partners we work with, which are always marked as such.

• We only add you once you have confirmed your address from the email we send you.
• Our list is held by Campaign Monitor, which sends the emails for us and records whether they are opened and which links are clicked. It processes your address on our behalf and under our instructions.
• We never sell or share your address with anyone else, including our partners.
• Every email has a link to unsubscribe, which removes you straight away. You can also email us to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.

Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn’t use cookies or track you across other sites.

Cookies

This site doesn’t set any cookies. Tour prices and ratings are copied from our booking partners once a week. Tour photos load from our partners’ image servers, but none of their tracking scripts or widgets run on this site.

When you click “Book now”, you move to our booking partner’s website. They use cookies there, including one that credits us with a small commission if you book, which doesn’t change the price you pay. Their own privacy and cookie policies apply.
