About this tour
You meet at 9.30am outside the hotel behind Brighton station, not on the seafront, and board a 1960s London Routemaster bus. At the first vineyard you tour the vines and winery, then have a tutored tasting of at least four sparkling wines. Lunch is a picnic hamper among the vines with a glass of wine.
In the afternoon the bus takes you to a second Sussex vineyard for a tasting of still and sparkling wines, with time to walk the vines or sit on the terrace. You are back in Brighton at about 5.30pm.
The old bus is part of the fun and the day is well reviewed. Two vineyards in a day leaves time to enjoy each one. The picnic and terrace are at their best in warm weather.
Best for: groups of friends who want a sociable, fully hosted day out from Brighton.

We meet outside the Jurys Inn hotel behind Brighton train station (NOT ON THE SEAFRONT!!) at 9:30am. You will see the tour bus waiting outside. We arrive back at 17:30
