Photos from the tour listing.
An organic farm at Failand, about ten minutes' drive from Bristol, that grows its own fruit and makes natural wine and cider on the same site. You park beside the winery and are shown the whole process, from the vines and orchards through fermentation to bottling.
The visit ends with a tasting of the wines and ciders paired with local cheese, and lasts about an hour and a half in all.
Seeing every stage in one place is the strength here, and it is a good introduction to what natural wine means in practice. You will need a car or taxi to get there, so plan who is driving.
Best for: curious drinkers in Bristol who want to see how natural wine and cider are made, close to the city.
