About this tour
A full day by minibus from the corner of the Asda car park in Bedminster, Bristol. The guide, who works in food and farming sustainability, takes you round the valleys near Cheddar to taste local natural wine and cheese and to learn how they are produced. Lunch is at one of a few restaurants that use local ingredients, and the day lasts about eight hours.
